Bright Futures Tutoring - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online tutoring services provided by Bright Futures Tutoring. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the services.

1. Service Description

   • Bright Futures Tutoring provides online group tutoring sessions to students.

   • Each tutoring session may accommodate a maximum of 15 students.

   • Sessions will be recorded for safeguarding purposes but will not be shared publicly.

2. Registration and Payment

   • To access the tutoring services, you must register and create an account on the Bright Futures Tutoring website.

   • By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

   • Payment for tutoring services is required prior to accessing the sessions.

3. Session Attendance and Cancellations

   • Students are expected to attend all scheduled tutoring sessions.

   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.

   • Bright Futures Tutoring reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with reasonable notice.

   • In case of technical problems at our end, we will endeavor to rearrange the session or offer alternative provision.

4. Responsibilities

   • Bright Futures Tutoring is responsible for providing qualified tutors and maintaining the online tutoring platform.

   • Students are responsible for their own learning and academic progress.

   • The Company does not guarantee success in examinations or academic outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

   • All content provided during tutoring sessions, including but not limited to materials, resources, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Bright Futures Tutoring.

   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content provided without explicit permission from Bright Futures Tutoring.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

   • Bright Futures Tutoring will collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

   • By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • Bright Futures Tutoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

   • In no event shall Bright Futures Tutoring's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
